I chose to do this for my project because this is an ongoing problem today. The idea was that there are hurdles and life, and even though they are going to be hard, you can get over them. In the beginning, you are getting teased and called names, and you think that it’s never going to end and that it’s going to go on and on. You realize that they’re just names, you can overcome them and with new name, you’ll get stronger not weaker. After you overcome these hurdles you can jump into a new chapter in your life and still be strong in the end. Focus on what you are, and not what everyone else says you are.
I really like the part of the image where the book is and how the words are incorporated. I think that the picture part could be less seperated out because just putting the pictures in makes it just a bunch of images in places rather than the surreal concept. I feel as though the wings are just random and could've been used in a different way also.
